Discovery and scoping
Understand the customer’s objectives, workflow, systems, constraints, stakeholders, dependencies, and definition of success.
Technical Implementation · Customer Service · Applied AI
I combine seven years of high-touch customer operations with hands-on technical experience across requirements, integrations, data, automation, testing, training, troubleshooting, and deployment. I like solving the technical problem, but I love the moment the customer is ready to take it from there.
I’m technically capable, but I’m not pursuing a traditional engineering role. I do my best work understanding what a customer needs, improving the systems around that need, and staying involved until the customer can use the result confidently.
Understand the customer’s objectives, workflow, systems, constraints, stakeholders, dependencies, and definition of success.
Work with APIs, authentication, data, browser tools, automation, and software configuration to connect the required pieces.
Reproduce issues, isolate causes, test assumptions, document findings, and communicate clearly while resolving blockers.
Demonstrate products, train users, set expectations, document processes, and provide clean handoffs.
My tools span customer delivery, integrations, software, data, and AI. I use that breadth to solve implementation problems, not turn every customer question into a development project.
These examples are not here because the technology was interesting. They show how I understand a workflow, connect the necessary systems, remove friction, and stay responsible for what the customer experiences.
Collector information was spread across thousands of records and disconnected tools. I learned how the gallery team actually worked, consolidated 3,245 records, connected Shopify and FloDesk, and automated normalization and audience segmentation.
The improved system reduced event invitation preparation from 5–10 hours to seconds while helping prevent duplicate customer outreach.
The goal was not simply to build an augmented-reality experience; it had to work naturally for people standing in front of an artwork with a phone. I handled the complete implementation, then tested and demonstrated a no-install QR workflow in the gallery.
Five experiences were deployed across multiple exhibitions, allowing hundreds of collectors to access them without downloading an application.
Market Model Pro needed more than a functioning application. Customers had to subscribe, receive the correct account permissions, and reach the product reliably. When the original access model became difficult to manage, I traced the workflow and simplified its roles and signup branches.
The result was a clearer, more reliable subscription-entitlement flow connecting payment, authentication, permissions, and customer access.
I went directly from high school into a professional music career and later spent seven years leading customer-facing gallery operations. My technical education has been self-directed and driven by building products, integrations, and workflows that had to work for real users.
That path taught me to communicate clearly, perform under pressure, learn what the work requires, and understand that technical success and customer success are not automatically the same thing.
My core values are faith, love, integrity, and hard work. I want to build things that improve people’s lives and produce meaningful business outcomes.
Work should serve something larger than ego.
Customers and coworkers are people, not workflow objects.
Set honest expectations and never hide implementation risk.
Stay responsible until the solution works in real life.
I’m looking for a remote technical implementation, customer onboarding, or SaaS support role where I can combine technical problem-solving, clear communication, and customer ownership.
